Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our correspondent who will assist with your transfer to the hotel. Once checked in, we will arrange a pre-trip meeting where we will brief in short about the trek, answer any queries you have and meet your trekking guide as well. After the short brief, you can relax and spend rest of the day at your leisure.

Sightseeing in Kathmandu (Swayambhu, Kathmandu Durbar Square Boudha, and Pasupati). Sightseeing in Kathmandu “1” (Swayambhu) Swyambhunath is the Buddhist temple known as the monkey temple, its foundation dates back some 2000 years ago. “2” (Kathmandu Durbar Square)   Kathmandu Durbar Square is built between twelfth century to the eighteenth century, here we can see a wide variety of temple and palace), Kumari Chowk (Residence of the living goddess,) Kasthamandap (Kasthamandap is an ancient wooden Temple made form a single tree.  Hanumandhoka (Hanumandhoka is ancient royal palace, with the huge sculpture of the god Kal Bhairav, the platform of the coronation, the audition hall, the statue of King Pratap Malla and the Great Bell). “3” (Boudha) Bouddha is the Buddhist sanctuary, here we will find largest stupa in the country, built in the fifth century is an enclosure with several monasteries of Tibetan Buddhism of different schools). "4" (Pashupatinath) Pashupatinath the holiest pilgrimage of Hindu where you can see the crimination of the dead body according to Hindu religion. Stay overnight at hotel.

Kathmandu valley sightseeing (Patan, Bhaktapur and Changu Narayan). “1” Patan (Patan lies at Lalitpur district of Kathmandu valley meaning city of the arts, beautiful city). There we will find famous temples such as Taleju Temple and Krishna Temple. “2” (Bhaktapur) Bhaktapur lies 12 km from Kathmandu city, In Bhaktapur we can see Durbar Square. Nyatapola Temple (Nyatapole is five-story pagoda temple, built in eighteenth century, with fine carved wood pillars). "3" Changunarayan The temple of Changunarayan is splendidly decorated with sculptures and carvings and is said to be the oldest pagoda style temple in the valley. The temple, built around the 3rd century, is adorned by some of the best samples of stone, wood and metal craft in the valley. The lord residing in this place is worshipped by the Hindus as Changunarayan and by the Buddhists as Hari Hari vahana Lokeswar is Mahayana Buddhism. The courtyard has numerous other temples such as that of Kiloswar Shiva, Chhinnmasta Devi and additional figures like Garuda and diverse images of Lord Vishnu. After completing sightseeing tour in Patan, Bhaktapur and Changunarayan, we will drive towards Nagarkot (1985m). Nagarkot is very beautiful hill station near Kathmandu valley. From there we will see good views of Langtang, Gaurishankar and Everest range. Stay overnight at hotel.

Dhulikhel Namo and Buddha, Dhulikhel: Dhulikhel Situated nearly 30 miles covered in 45 minute drive to the east of Kathmandu along the Arniko highway, is a little town of Dhulikhel. The place offers magnificent views in the northeastern part. Dhulikhel at a height of 1550m is congregation of some beautiful buildings, built in Victorian style; the four to five storied brick mansions in the town are an architectural enchantment and contain close conventional Newari settlement. Namo Buddha: Namo Buddha one of the blessed spot is located 3 hrs hiking distance from Dhulikhel. The white painted sputa honors the action of the Buddha Sakyammuni’s self-less sacrifice to feed starving tiger by offering his own flesh. This is one of the most significant pilgrimage places for Buddhists. The height of the sputa is more than 20 feet where it’s the golden tower is enclosed with meaningful holy Flags. Overnight at monastery of Namo Buddha.

Early morning drive to Bandipur is 183 km far from Kathmandu valley and lies at an altitude of 1030 m whcih takes about 7 hours drive. Bandipur is also one of the beautiful hill stations in Nepal where we get to explore Newari culture in villages. From there we can see good views of Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, and Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range. Stay overnight at hotel.

After breakfast drive to Pokhara by car, for about 2 and half hour drive we will reach Pokhara. Check in Pokhara hotel, after having rest we will start Pokhara city sightseeing tour, which includes (Gupteshore cave, David fall, Seti gorge, Pokhara Regional museum and Bindabasini temple). Stay overnight at hotel.

Early morning drive to Sarangkot to see the sunrise and great panoramic view of Mt. Dhulagiri including Annapurna range. After spending few hours there we will drive to Pokhara.  Afternoon boating in Fewa Lake, visit Tal Barahi Temple and world Peace Stupa, to reach stupa we have to cross Fewa Lake, it will takes approximately 2 and half hour for going and coming down World Peace Stupa. We can also go to the Peace Stupa and return back by private vehicle. Stay overnight at hotel.

Early morning drive to Lumbini, it takes approximately 5/6 hour drive to reach Lumbini. On the way exploring in Palpa, Tansen. In the afternoon explore around Mayadevi temple and monasteries. Stay overnight at hotel.

Lumbini:  

Lumbini: Lumbini is the birthplace of Lord Buddha, in the Terai plains of Nepal is one of the greatest pilgrimage sites for Buddhists. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site (Culture) and holds immense archeological and religious importance. Maya Devi Temple: A large number of Buddhist pilgrims from all over the world visit Lumbini to pray at the Mayadevi Temple where excavations have revealed the “marker stone” showing the exact spot where Siddhartha Gautam Buddha was born. Monasteries: To the north of the Sacred Garden are monastic zones where different countries have built temples and monasteries depicting different sects of Buddhism like Myanmar Temple, China Temple, Korea Temple, Japan Temple and etc. Stay overnight at hotel.

Early morning we will drive by car or local bus towards Chitwan. We will reach Chitwan after 4/5 hour drive from Lumbini. Chitwan is known for the most attractive national park located at southern terai region of Nepal. The Park has wide varieties of wildlife offering people from across the world an opportunity to observe beautiful flora and fauna. Here, one can see very rare endangered species like one-horned rhinos, sloth bear, wild boars, leopards, crocodiles and many more than 500 species of birds. This day we will visit Tharu village, enjoy Tharu cultural dance in the evening. Stay overnight at hotel. 

Early morning we will enjoy various jungle activities such as Elephant riding, canoeing, jungle walk and etc. We will do the canoeing in Rapti River for 35 minutes and get to see the Gharial crocodile, many different species of birds. Then after we go for the jungle walk, 2 to 3 hours and Elephant Safari / Jeep Drive in the Chitwan National Park. Stay overnight at hotel.

Early morning Bird watching trip and after returning from Bird watching trip we will have breakfast drive to Kathmandu by tourist bus 5 / 6 hours or private vehicle 4 / 5 hour drive or by 20 minute flight we will reach Kathmandu.  Stay overnight at hotel.

This day we will have a free day for shopping and other activities. Stay overnight at hotel.

Enjoy your last day on Kathmandu before departure. At your mentioned departure time our correspondent will pick you up from hotel and transfer to airport and depart you with warm hearts.
