Annapurna Base Camp trek begins with a scenic drive or flight to Pokhara and next day to Ghandruk, a picturesque Gurung village renowned for its traditional culture and stunning mountain views. From Ghandruk, trekkers embark on a journey through diverse landscapes, starting with a descent to the Modi Khola gorge before ascending towards Chhomrong. Trip itinerary

After your arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), our correspondent will be there to welcome you to the Himalayan country. We will pick up you in private vehicle and transfer to hotel. After your arrival we will be briefing you and prepare for the trek. Overnight at hotel.

Early morning fly or drive to Pokhara by flight/private vehicle/tourist bus. The flight takes 25 minute and vehicle/tourist bus takes 7/8 hours to reach Pokhara. Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast in hotel we will drive to Nayapul. It takes around 2 and half hour to reach Nayapul. From there, we ascend  gently towards Ghandruk; the place which is very familiar for the Guurung’s ethnicity. This group of people are the only one who are highly selected in British Army as Gurkha’s Army. From Ghandruk, we can see Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre very clearly in front of our eyes. Overnight at Lodge.

(Note: We can also hire vehicle directly upto Ghandruk which takes about 3 hours to reach from Pokhara.)

We will have breakfast in lodge at the morning. This day we will walk towards Chhomrong through descending and ascending trails. We will reach Chhormrong after 5 to 6 hours of hours walk. This place is very beautiful to stay with all the natural beauty, panoramic views of mountains and the way houses and lodges are there. This place has settlements of various ethnics groups having majority of Gurung community. From here we can see Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Fistail Mountains. Overnight at lodge.

We will have breakfast in the early morning. We will reach in about 6/7 hours to Himalaya. This day we will ascend towards Himalaya passing through jungles along Modi Khola. We will have to walk descendign trails at first then cross bridge and complete ascending trails to reach Sinuwa. From there we will will reach Bamboo by walking straight and ascending trail. We will take lunch in Dovan. This palce looks very peaceful with the greenery on side and by the side of river. From Dovan after walking straight trail we can see a beautiful spring, from there we walk straight ascending stone paved ladder for about one hour to reach Himalaya. Overnight at lodge.

We will have breakfast in the morning. This day we will walk towards Base Camp which takes about 5/6 hours. We have to walk 2 or 3 hours along the lap of Hiunchuli, there are sometimes chances of occurring avalanches in this trail. After walking around 1 and half hours we will reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp.From Machhapuchre Base Camp we will start seeing mountains like they are exactly infront of our eyes. The view from there, surrounded by mountains is breathetaking. Watching the same view, walking on the lap of Himalayas for another 2 hours, we reach ABC. Overnight at lodge.

This day we will return back towards Bamboo through same route, It will take around 5 / 6 hours straight and descending trails to reach Bamboo. Overnight at lodge.

This day we will walk towards Jhinu Danda, one the way we will reach Chhomrong village, we will reach Chhomrong after 5/6 hours walk, Again after walking one hour descend from Chhomrong we will reach Jhinu danda there is natural hot spring. Overnight at lodge.

This day after walking 8 hours along the Modi river, we will reach Nayapul. After one and half hour drive from Nayapul by taxi or car, we will reach Pokhara. Overnight at hotel.

There is flight to Kathmandu after every half and hour. We will have enough time to explore around Pokhara.  Afternoon fly to Kathmandu, It will take 25 minutes flight form Pokhara to reach Kathmandu. Otherwise we can drive by private vehicle/tourist bus which will take 7/ 8 hours to reach Kathmandu, Overnight at hotel.

This day will be a free day in Kathmandu. In meantime we can do sightseeing at the different places listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites like: Boudha, Pashupatinath, Swoyambhu and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Overnight at hotel.

Early morning drive to Nayapul after one and half hours drive from Pokhara, From Nayapul we have to walk for about four hours to reach Hille. Overnight at lodge.

(Note: We can hire the jeep from Pokhara to Hille which takes about 4 hours or we can also hire upto Ulleri and start the trek from there.)

After having breakfast we will start trek and reach Ulleri after two hours walking through the steps. On the way towards Ghorepani we will see stunning views of Mt. Machhapuchre. After having lunch on the way we will walk towards Ghorepani. Overnight at lodge.

Early morning trek to Poon Hill (3200 m) which is a hill station, from there we can see sunrise & panoramic view including Daulagiri and Annapurna range & back to Ghorepani after breakfast trek to Tadapani (2590 m), from here we will see very beautiful mountains such as Annapurna south, Himchuli, Gangapurna and others. Overnight at lodge.

This day we will walk towards Chhomrong through descending and ascending trails. This day after walking 3 hours we will reach Phedi. On the way to Phedi from Pothana we will see parts of Mount Annapurna range and Gurung village. After one hours drive from Phedi in taxi or car we will reach Pokhara. Overnight at hotel.

There is flight to Kathmandu after every half and hour. We will have enough time to explore around Pokhara.  Afternoon fly to Kathmandu, It will take 25 minutes flight form Pokhara to reach Kathmandu. Otherwise we can drive by private vehicle, it will takes 5 hours and tourist bus 7 hours to reach Kathmandu, Overnight at hotel.
