Ms. Smarika Thapa is Director of Sales & Marketing at Asian Adventure Treks & Expedition and the owner of Buddha Land Tours & Travels. Born in Kathmandu in 1996, she completed her higher education at Global College, Baneshwor, and graduated in Management from Apex College.
Ms. Thapa started her career in the tourism industry in 2015, joining her family business at Asian Adventure Treks & Expedition. A passionate traveler and trekking enthusiast, she loves exploring the Himalayas, especially given her roots in Lamjung, the starting route to the Annapurna circuit.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Spanish, and Nepali, Ms. Thapa has visited various Himalayan regions including Everest, Annapurna, Mustang, Manaslu, Langtang, and Rolwaling. She participates in international tourism fairs to promote Nepal’s tourism and culture globally. Dedicated to enhancing the travel experience, she ensures that all clients are treated with respect and that their holidays in Nepal are special and memorable.
